For our client – a leading manufacturer of high-end consumer healthcare devices - we are looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager (for immediate start date) who helps us grow a new digital entity in a growing and innovative field.

Deine Aufgaben

As a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager you will contribute directly to the development of our company as a key member of the Marketing team. You will be responsible for sizable revenue and pivotal growth marketing. The ideal candidate should have a passion for improving user experience and conversion rate performance through data analysis, insight cultivation, AB and MVT testing.

  • Own, optimize and personalize conversion funnels to drive measurable increases in conversion rates and revenue
  • Create strong hypothesis to improve KPI's using knowledge of usability, design, copywriting and persuasion and use qualitative and quantitative data to support hypothesis
  • Collaborate with development and design teams to implement A/B and multivariate tests
  • Identify & test new technologies and practices to improve conversion rate performance, consumer engagement, delivery against key metrics
  • Feed insights into the acquisition marketing team to drive performance
  • Investigate and assess customer behavior across the funnel, identify 'pain points', develop test hypothesis and ensue insights that can be delivered from both winning and failed tests
  • Be responsible for CRO projects from creating tests, implementing and developing insight reports

Diese Qualifikationen bringst du mit

  • hold a relevant Bachelor and/or Master's degree
  • have 2+ years working in conversion optimization or equivalent experience working in a digital agency or client side
  • have an in-depth understanding of wireframing and UX processes
  • Show a Hands on mentality
  • Are familiar with different web analytics tools (Google Analytics/360, Adobe Analytics, Hotjar)
  • Have excellent project management skills
  • Understand best practices for UI and UX for landing pages, applications, mobile, and desktop
  • Are experienced with multichannel media campaigns including a working knowledge of paid ad testing
  • Are organized and methodical in setting up processes to streamline testing cadence with a team of diverse skills
  • Have a passion for creating a great user experience
  • Are an effective communicator to market test ideas and influence test-related decisions
  • Nice-to-have: Front End Development Skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
